Adaptive Yoga
At 11:00 a.m., Join Laura (co-owner and winemaker) for a one-hour yoga practice for anyone with a modified range of motion. Chairs are available for sitting or standing prop, no former yoga training is required, and please bring your own mat and water bottle, $2 per person. (We welcome drop-ins!)
