Adaptive Yoga
At 11:00 a.m., Join Laura (co-owner and winemaker) for a one-hour yoga practice for anyone with a modified range of motion. Chairs are available for sitting or standing prop, no former yoga training is required, and please bring your own mat and water bottle, $2 per person. (We welcome drop-ins!)
Sunset Yoga
Join Laura (co-owner and winemaker) for a one-hour vinyasa yoga flow practice. This class begins at 6:00 p.m., includes a complimentary beverage, and no former yoga training required. Please bring your own mat and water bottle, $10 per person. (We welcome drop-ins!)

Raptor and Falconry presentation at Elmaro!
Do you LOVE animals? Do you want to get up close with raptors and falcons? Here's your chance! Saturday, July 15th, 9:30-10:30, with River Valley Raptors at Elmaro.
