Pop-Up Sunset Yoga
Join Laura (co-owner and winemaker) at 5:30 for a pop-up one-hour vinyasa yoga flow practice on Thursday, April 16th. This class begins at 5:30 p.m., includes a beverage, and no former yoga training required. Adaptive Yoga
At 11:00 a.m., Join Laura (co-owner and winemaker) for a one-hour yoga practice for anyone with a modified range of motion. Chairs are available for sitting or standing prop, no former yoga training is required, and please bring your own mat and water bottle, $2 per person. (We welcome drop-ins!)
