Adaptive Yoga
At 11:00 a.m., Join Laura (co-owner and winemaker) for a one-hour yoga practice for anyone with a modified range of motion. Chairs are available for sitting or standing prop, no former yoga training is required, and please bring your own mat and water bottle, $2 per person. (We welcome drop-ins!)
Tinned Fish Fridays
Pick your own SeaCuterie adventure at Elmaro on Fridays in March, 12-7 p.m. Select your favorite tinned fish, and for $3 more, Elmaro will add the accoutrements of baguette and exciting flavors. Or, pick two tinned fish, and the added accoutrements for both is only $5. No reservations needed.
